Button Factory Studios in Leicester
A new addition to the lineup of accommodation for De Montfort students is the Button Factory, Located a stone’s throw from De Montfort University, the building houses 26 rooms each of which is beautifully designed with high ceilings, large windows and expose-brick detailing. Within the Button Factory, you’ll also find some penthouse-style-loft apartments with Premium, Deluxe and Superior room types available. Like all Project Student accommodation options, all bills and Wifi are included in your rent. Plus every studio comes with a TV and super-fast WiFi to make your living experience as comfortable as possible.

If you prefer to be slightly further out of the city centre, whilst still within easy reach of De Montfort University, Inka Studios offers superb value for money. It’s situated in the Knighton Fields area of the city, about two miles from the vibrant streets of the city’s Centre and within half an hour’s walk from De Montfort University.
